SC asks Delhi govt to move HC with plea on reserving 80 %ICU beds for COVID-19 patients.

Due to the rapid increase in the number of COVID-19 in cases in Delhi. On Tuesday the Supreme Court told the AAP government to approach The Delhi high Court regarding the decision to reserve 80 percent ICU beds in 33 private hospital for COVID-19 patients. A bench of Justice Ashok Bhushan and B R Gavai took note to the Delhi government on the ground of a sudden spike in COVID-19 cases and also appeal on Thursday instead of November 27th as by a division of the high court.
A single - judge bench of the high Court on September 22 stayed the decision of the Delhi government stating that this violate the fundamental rights of those people who are suffering from other health conditions. The Delhi government has challenged the single judge’s order before the bench of the high court which had listed it for hearing on November 27.. The Delhi government has also filed a apex against the other issued by the high court on September 22nd order
