Political crisis in Puducherry: Chief Minister V Narayanasamy faces floor test:
In the midst of a political emergency in the Union Territory, a floor test in Puducherry Assembly is set to occur on Monday (February 22) according to bearings of Lieutenant Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan.
Puducherry Chief Minister V. Narayanasamy has arrived at the Legislative Assembly to partake in the much-anticipated floor test.
RKR Anantharaman, Chief Whip Puducherry said that they have the dominant part till now.
This comes after two Congress MLAs A John Kumar and Lakshmi Narayanan and DMK MLA K Venkatesan left their Assembly participation.
Prior, the Lt Governor requested a floor test during a get together on February 22. Puducherry is going to Assembly surveys not long from now. The dates are yet to be reported.
On Sunday (February 21), Chief Minister V Narayanasamy held a gathering with Congress and DMK MLAs to talk about additional methodology.
