MEA launches 'Sushma Swaraj  lectures' for foreign diplomats

The inaugural address in the memory of former External Affairs Minister, Late Sushma Swaraj was delivered by Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla. This has been done to introduce India to foreign diplomats. In his address, Shringla included the contemporary challenges around 4 D's- democracy, development, demography and diversity. The contribution of this former minister diverted diplomacy to the needs of India and abroad. He also said that India is a strong country and will surely bring out vaccine to fight against COVID-19. We are a dynamic and complex economy. The issue of Libyan dialogue was also touched. This lecture was held on October 15-16, 2020.
