Maharashtra legislative assembly suspended 12MLAs for a year after they found  “misbehaving” with presiding officer Bhaskar Jadhav

According to sources, these 12 MLAs are suspended for abusing and mishandling the speaker. The MLAs are Sanjay kute, Parag Alavni, Harish Pimpale, Girish Mahajan, Atul Bhatkalkar , Ashish Shelar, Vijay Kumar, Ram satpute, Yogesh sagar, Kirti Kumar Bangdia, Narayan Kuche, Abhimanyu Pawar . The motion was moved by State parliamentary affairs Minister Anil Parab and a resolution was passed to suspend these MLAs. During this period of one year all the MLAs are barred from entering the premises of legislative assembly of Mumbai or Nagpur . While on the other hand, the opposition called it a tactics to reduce number of opposition benches.
