Madhya Pradesh High Court asks govt, police: How can a fraud accused be released without getting bail?

The Madhya Pradesh High Court has taken serious note of the release of a fraud accused without getting bail from court.The Court issued notice to the state government, DGP, IG, SP Bhopal North, SHO police station Kohefiza, Bhopal and Upendra Jain ADGP (IG Range Bhopal). On Tuesday, the case was taken up for hearing before a single bench of Justice Vijay Kumar Shukla.
Advocate Vikas Mahawar, appearing on behalf of petitioner Mohammad Aamir Khan, argued that the petitioner had lodged a complaint of fraud at the Kohefiza police station in Bhopal. On the basis of which case has been registered under IPC sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B against others including Jasbir Singh. The clauses recorded in this case were non-bailable. Yet a year passed and the accused were not arrested. Therefore, the reward was also announced against the offender.Despite this, the accused was not produced in court giving benefit of proximity to Upendra Jain, the ADGP (IG Range Bhopal). He was released without bail order. The complaint was also made in CM Helpline, but no action was taken, alleged the petitioner.
