Hindu man moves Gujarat High Court to expedite his conversion to Islam:

A 32 year old Hindu man, who has been wanting to convert over to Islam , recorded an application in the Gujarat High court on Friday looking for a heading to experts in Bharuch area to speed up the cycle as the candidate's application is forthcoming for the most recent year. DirectionM.T.Syed who showed up for solicitor Jignesh Patel educated the high court on Thursday that the Bharuch collector had been holding Patel's application for over a year, while a sub - divisional justice request report in February 2020 offered a good input in such manner to permit the candidate to change over to Islam. Justice Bela Trivedi guided the district collector to take a choice on Patel's application as quickly as time permits well inside about two months. Patel's legal advisor stated , " the application for authorisation of the collector in Bharuch has been forthcoming for over a year . The request was documented to offer headings to the authority for a choice on the application." It was set up in the report of the sub -divisional magistrate that Patel isn't feeling the squeeze to change over , which is referenced in the state's enemy of transformation law. Patel had presented the application to the collector on November 26, 2019 with the announcement that he is neither under tension nor is he doing as such out of avarice for transformation.
