Delhi riots: HC awards bail to 4 men, questions testimony of cops:
The Delhi High Court Tuesday allowed bail to four men captured for supposedly advancing ill will and disharmony by revolting, consuming vehicles and actuating the horde during the public savagery in north-east Delhi a year ago, saying there was no CCTV film or photograph to associate them to the episode.

The High Court coordinated that the charged - Liyakat Ali, Arshad Qayyum, Gulfam and Irshad Ahmad - be delivered on bail forthwith on outfitting of an individual obligation of Rs 20,000 each with guarantees of the like sum.
