Delhi Chalo : Farmers refused government's proposal
On Sunday , Farmers blocking the Singhu Border , punjab farmers continued to to stay put on the Delhi Border after reject the proposal of union Home Minister Amit shah's offer to re-locate to the Burari Grounds in in North Delhi to begin the talks process. Attacking the proposal for having pre- conditions.
While , on the Singhu Border the farmers have parked themselves and Tikri Border , they decided to block more three points in Delhi like - Hapur, Daruhera, Ballabgarh.
Amit Shah's offer was rejected at a meeting of all 32 Punjab farmers unions at the Singhu Border. The leader said that they were ready for talks , but the union government shouldn't impose any pre-Condition and likened the Burari Ground to an open jail.
They added that instead of going to the 'open jail' in Burari , they had decided to lay siege to Delhi by blocking all five main entry points into the national capital , as they have ration for four months and they said that they are prepared for a long haul.
