Calcutta high court decides to resume normal functioning from 7th December

The Calcutta high court issued a notification informing that it will resume normal functioning from 7th December.
The order has been passed by the Chief Justice TBN Radhakrishnan taking into consideration of the recommendations of the COVID committee of the high court. The mortification highlights the current situation and keeping in mind that both the metro railway and the suburban railways have resumed their work. The full fledged strength of judges would be present from 7th of December with the usual determination.
The orders stated by the Chief Justice are as follows:
. COVID protocol, must always be taken seriously and everyone should abide by the norms.
. No crowding is allowed inside the courtroom.
. Social distancing should always be considered as the first priority in the corridors and wherever possible.
. The person concerned with the business should come to the court.
