According to Bengal BJP Chief Dilip Ghosh, no one involved in looting public funds will be spared

Dilip Ghosh, the West Bengal BJP president, threatened on Sunday to imprison a local government administrator and a panchayat member in Birbhum district over allegations of financial embezzlement, saying that no one implicated in stealing public funds would be spared. Several allegations of misbehaviour and misappropriation of public funds had been levelled against a block development officer, who allegedly worked in cooperation with a panchayat member, Ghosh stated during a party meeting in the district's Mayureswar area.
"Someone has erected a three-story house with public funds and enjoys his tea on the balcony every morning, while the others go without basic amenities. Your time limit has exceeded "he said, obliquely referring to someone. "I've learned that the local BDO is working against the interests of the general public. He's doing it with the help of a panchayat member. We're pleading with them to change their ways... No one who is complicit in the theft of public funds will be spared, "He issued a warning. Ghosh also remarked that "many of your leaders" had been arrested in Odisha for defrauding people and robbing their hard-earned money, a veiled swipe at the ruling TMC.
